Welcome to Design Fuel Media. By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
Design Fuel Media provides web design and development services. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Custom website design and development
- Logo and branding design
- Website maintenance and updates
- SEO optimization
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Payment terms:
- A 50% deposit is required to begin work on your project
- The remaining balance is due upon project completion, before final files are delivered
- Retainer services are billed monthly in advance
- All payments are non-refundable once work has begun
3. Ownership and Intellectual Property
Upon full payment:
- You own 100% of the final website code and design files
- You may modify, host, and use the deliverables as you see fit
- We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed
Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) may have their own licensing terms that you must comply with.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely project completion, you agree to:
- Provide all necessary content (text, images, logos) in a timely manner
- Respond to communications and feedback requests within 48 hours
- Provide clear and constructive feedback during the revision process
- Ensure you have the rights to use any content you provide
5. Revisions
Our packages include one round of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. Major scope changes after project kickoff may require a revised quote.
6. Timeline
Estimated turnaround times begin after:
- Receipt of deposit payment
- Completion of kickoff call or questionnaire
- Receipt of all required content from you
Delays in providing content or feedback may extend the timeline.
7. Limitation of Liability
Design Fuel Media is not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Issues arising from third-party services or hosting providers
- Content you provide that infringes on third-party rights
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. If you terminate after work has begun:
- The deposit is non-refundable
- You will be invoiced for work completed to date
- No deliverables will be provided until all outstanding invoices are paid
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
